Data Choices

HouseOps currently has no user accounts or cloud passport storage. Most choices happen directly on your device.

Export a copy first

If you want to keep your passport, open More → Data & backup and create a HouseOps backup before deleting anything. Store the file somewhere you control. HTML and PDF exports are useful for reading, but use a HouseOps backup when you want an importable copy.

Delete HouseOps data from this device

  1. Open HouseOps.
  2. Open More.
  3. Select Data & backup.
  4. Select Delete local data and confirm.

This deletes the home passports and related records stored by HouseOps on that device. You can also remove local app data by uninstalling HouseOps, subject to your operating system’s backup behavior.

Deleting local data does not delete backups, HTML/PDF files, printed pages, files stored by another app, or copies already sent to another person. Delete those copies at their destination.

Change device permissions

Use iOS or Android settings to revoke access to the camera, selected photos or notifications. HouseOps requests camera or photo access only when you choose to capture or select an image. Turning off notifications stops future local alerts until you enable them again.

Purchases and vendor-linked technical data

Subscription purchases are tied to your Apple App Store or Google Play account and are managed in the store. Canceling a subscription does not delete your local HouseOps passport, and deleting local data does not cancel a subscription.

To ask us to review or delete information linked to HouseOps purchase validation or support, email support@houseops.pro. We may ask for an app purchaser identifier or store transaction reference so we can locate the record. Do not email your home passport, photos or address for this purpose.

Some store transaction records may need to remain with Apple, Google or RevenueCat for purchase restoration, fraud prevention, tax, accounting or other legal purposes. Their retention policies apply to information they control.

No account to delete in the current release

HouseOps does not currently let you create a HouseOps account. There is therefore no server-side HouseOps account to close. If accounts or cloud sync are introduced, HouseOps will provide a discoverable in-app and web deletion path before launch and update this page.
