Do I need to install HouseOps first?
No. We prepare the first small result from your submission. If it is useful, you can install HouseOps and continue your map yourself.
Will you identify equipment from the photo?
We will use visible labels and the context you provide, but HouseOps does not replace a licensed electrical, plumbing, gas, or HVAC inspection. Optional manuals or schedules help us label things accurately.
Will my photo be published?
Not unless you separately check the optional publication permission. Private-use permission alone does not authorize publication.
